“Two patients were treated at the scene before being rushed to a major trauma centre as a priority.”

Victims Serious but Stable – No Arrests Yet

A British Transport Police spokesman said:

“We were called at 7.05pm to reports of a stabbing at Stratford underground station.

Two 16-year-old boys were taken to hospital with serious injuries. They remain in hospital. There have not currently been any arrests.”

“Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident should contact BTP on 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 quoting reference 490 of 11 April.”
