Two Seriously Injured in Horror Crash on Leicestershire’s A606

Police are hunting witnesses after a serious crash left two men badly hurt in rural Leicestershire.

The smash happened Wednesday when a blue Jaguar X-Type veered off the A606 near Empingham and slammed into a tree just before the Normanton Park Road junction.

Victims in Serious But Stable Condition

The victims, two men aged 20 and 21, were rushed to the Queen’s Medical Centre in nottingham/" title="Nottingham" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Nottingham. They remain in serious but stable condition.

Police Urge Dashcam Owners to Come Forward

Detective Constable Louise McMahon from Leicestershire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “I am particularly keen to speak to anyone who saw the Jaguar before the collision. It is quite a distinct vehicle. Did you see it travelling on the A606? If you were, and particularly if you have a dashcam installed in your vehicle, then I would like to speak to you. Any information you have could help my investigation.”
