Two Men Stabbed Near Thornton Heath High Street

Two men, aged 49 and 48, were found with stab wounds on Woodville Road close to the junction with Thornton Heath High Street on Saturday evening.

Scene Cordoned Off for Police Investigation

The pavement outside Express Food and Wine newsagents was sealed off overnight as officers combed the area for evidence following the attack.

Police Respond After Reports of Fight

  • At 7.31pm, police received calls reporting a fight on Woodville Road.
  • Officers arrived with paramedics from the Ambulance Service.
  • They found the two victims with non-life-threatening stab injuries.

Both men were rushed to a south London hospital for treatment. Their conditions are stable, and enquiries remain ongoing.
