Wiltshire Police are hunting witnesses after a large Akita dog viciously bit a man in Queens Park, Swindon. The shocking attack happened between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on April 13, 2024.

The victim suffered nasty injuries to his face, needing extensive medical treatment. He was given over 60 stitches to treat the deep wounds caused by the dog.
