Sheerness Burglary: Police Seek Witnesses After Jewellery, Cash, and Car Stolen
Police are on the hunt for witnesses following a brazen burglary on Marine Parade, Sheerness. The break-in happened between 5pm on December 28 and 10:50pm on December 29, 2023, near Oasis Academy.
Valuables and Silver Mercedes Swiped
Thieves didn’t just raid the house; they made off with a stash of valuables. Jewellery, a large sum of cash, and alcoholic drinks were taken. Shocking news — the victim’s silver Mercedes E220 was also stolen during the raid.
PC Hannah Cooper Calls for Tips
“We launched house-to-house inquiries and scoured CCTV footage after the report,” said lead Investigator PC Hannah Cooper. “We urge anyone with information, no matter how small, to come forward.”
PC Cooper added that anyone who spotted suspicious activity in the area or saw the stolen Mercedes in the timeframe should get in touch.
