Hit-and-Run Chaos on A299 Thanet Way!
At 5.09pm on Thursday 25 April 2024, police were called to a smash involving a grey Mercedes and a red Renault near the St Nicholas-at-Wade roundabout on the A299 Thanet Way.
Mercedes Flees, Hits More Cars
The grey Mercedes sped off after the initial crash, heading along Canterbury Road towards Birchington. Along the way, it crashed into at least two more vehicles. Thankfully, no serious injuries have been reported so far, with South East Coast Ambulance Service attending the scene.
