Teen Attacked Near Herne Bay Station – Police Hunt Witnesses

A teenage boy was viciously assaulted on Station Road, Herne Bay, on the evening of Saturday, April 24, 2021.

Walking Home Turns Violent

At around 8pm, the victim and a friend were heading from Herne Bay railway station towards the town centre when three teenagers started following them.

Between the station and the Spenser Road junction, the three youths confronted the boy, grabbed him, and launched an attack.

Hospital Treatment & Arrest Made

The 14-year-old victim needed hospital care due to his injuries. Police have since arrested a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of assault. He was released while inquiries continue.
