What started as confusion soon turned violent. The woman allegedly spat in one officer’s face and kicked another in a shocking assault. A BTP spokesperson said:
“It was reported to police that a female was naked on board a train performing a sexual act, and when officers came to help her, she appeared confused. However, when officers were conducting welfare checks, she turned upon them and spat in the face of one officer.”
To control the attack, officers had to use limb restraints and a spit guard before making the arrest.
