Woman Dies in Devastating Peckham House Fire

A woman has tragically died after a fierce house fire ripped through a property in Peckham, South London, on Sunday, March 17. Despite desperate rescue efforts, she was pulled from the blaze but sadly died at the scene.

Inferno Breaks Out on Crane Street

The fire erupted on Crane Street just after 7:40 pm, sparking a rapid response from the London Fire Brigade (LFB). Firefighters raced to the scene and launched a daring rescue, pulling the woman out via an internal staircase. Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service fought to save her life, but their efforts were in vain.
