Hit-and-Run Horror on Wickham Road
Police raced to the scene just before 10pm on Saturday, 2 January, after a serious collision at the busy crossroads of A232 Wickham Road, Hartland Way, and Orchard Avenue.
Pedestrian in Critical Condition
A 66-year-old woman was struck by a moped or motorcycle. She was rushed to hospital and remains in a critical condition.
Rider Flees Scene – Police Hunt Witnesses
The rider failed to stop after the crash and vanished. Now, detectives from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit want help from anyone who saw the crash or has dashcam footage showing the moments before or after.
