Man Stabbed Multiple Times in Busy Croydon Street

A man in his 20’s has been stabbed multiple times on Poplar Walk outside a Church in broad daylight in Croydon this evening. The Man has been treated by paramedics from London Ambulance service and has been rushed to hospitial. Officers from Croydon have a crime scene in place. A spokeswoman said: “Police were called by LAS at approximately 18:19hrs to reports of a male found with stab wounds on Poplar Walk, Croydon. “Officers attended. “A man, believed to be aged in his 20’s, was found with a slash wound. “He has been taken to a south London hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing. “A crime scene remains in place. “No arrests; enquiries continue.”
