A2 closed due to multi vehicle collision
The A2 in Kent is closed westbound between the B262 (Northfleet) and the A2260 (Ebbsfleet Valley) due to a multi vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at 9am. Kent Police and emergency services are currently in attendance. Road users are advised to follow the “Solid Black Square” diversion symbols. Exit the A2 at Pepper Hill interchange then take the A2260 (northbound) towards the roundabout junction with Springhead Road. Continue on the A2260 to the A226 (Thames Way). Enter the westbound lane and remain on the A226 until the junction with the International Railway Station link road. At the junction head south towards the B259 (Southfleet Road). From this junction continue until you re-join the A2 at (Park Corner) There are currently delays of at least 30 minutes above profiled journey time.
