Hunt for Driver after Hit and Run in Corhampton

Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle that left a Motorcyclist for dead following a collision in Corhampton on Wednesday. Officer are urging the driver to come forward and sort things out as the hunt is on. Roads Policing officers from Hampshire Roads Policing based at Havant were called to the B3053 Corhampton Down just after 3pm on Wednesday. A red coloured 2015 Kia Ceed is believed to have been in collision with the motorcyclist and tractor. Following the collision the driver of the red car failed to stop and drove off. Police are now appealing for information and asking the driving to contact them to sort things out. A 58 year old man from Waltham Chase is still being treated in hospital for his injuries that are said to be life changing. His condition is now being described as stable. PC Phil Robertson said: ‘We’re keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information relating to the driver of the red Kia. Anyone with information should contact PC Robertson at Havant police station on 101.
