Police Appeal for Witnesses After Serious Collision on A35

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision on the A35 at Tower Cross, Honiton, which occurred on Wednesday, 5 March 2025.

Officers were called at approximately 8:40 pm after reports of a collision involving a marked police vehicle and a silver hatchback.

Emergency services attended the scene, and one man was taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be serious.

The A35 was temporarily closed while officers conducted an investigation at the scene. The road has since been reopened.

Officers from the Roads Policing Team have expressed their gratitude to the public for their patience during the disruption.

Appeal for Information

Police are urging anyone with relevant information or dash-cam footage that may assist the investigation to come forward.

Witnesses are asked to contact police via their website or by calling 101, quoting log 737 of 5 March 2025.
