Crucial A2 Corridor Locked Down Overnight

The A2, stretching nearly 72 miles from Dover to Borough in central London, is a vital artery for commuters and freight, especially between the Port of Dover and the M25. Expect delays and detours at key junctions.

    • A20 westbound Swanley Interchange entry slip road – 10pm to 5:30am
    • A21 northbound Morleys Road to A25 Westerham Road – 8pm to 6am
    • A282 northbound Dartford Crossing East Tunnel – 10pm to 5am (No vehicles over 4.8m)
  • Tuesday 15 April
    • A2 eastbound Thong entry slip road – 8pm to 6am
    • A2 eastbound M25 Junction 2 exit slip road – 10pm to 5am
    • A20 eastbound Folkestone Road exit & entry slip roads – 8pm to 6am
    • A21 northbound Morleys Road to A25 Westerham Road – 8pm to 6am
    • A282 northbound Dartford Crossing East Tunnel – 10pm to 5am
  • Wednesday 16 April
    • A2 eastbound Thong entry slip road – 8pm to 6am
    • A2 westbound link road to M25 anti-clockwise Junction 2 – 10pm to 5am
    • A20 westbound New Dover Road exit slip road – 8pm to 6am
    • A21 both directions from Junction Road to A28 – 10pm to 6am
    • A21 northbound Morleys Road to A25 Westerham Road – 8pm to 6am
    • A21 northbound to M25 clockwise link – 10pm to 5:30am
    • A282 northbound Dartford Crossing East Tunnel – 10pm to 5am
