Serious Crash Shuts A2 Westbound in Kent
The A2 westbound (Londonbound) is **closed between the B255 at Bean and the M25 J2 Darenth Interchange** following a serious motorbike collision.
Follow Diversion Signs – Expect Delays
Drivers are being diverted and must follow the solid square symbol. Exit the A2 at Bean, then head north on the B255 to the A206 roundabout.
Take the first exit onto the A206 westbound. At M25 J1A, drivers can either:
- Turn south (clockwise) to rejoin the A2
- Continue north (anti-clockwise) through Dartford
Plan Ahead – Allow Extra Travel Time
If you’re travelling in the area, expect delays and give yourself plenty of extra time. The closure is causing major disruption on one of Kent’s busiest routes.
