Eyewitnesses reported seeing an armed officer illuminating number 36 with a powerful torch, shining straight into the windows.

Meanwhile, a police helicopter hovered overhead, offering commanders a bird’s-eye view of the escalating situation.
“Officers were lighting up the property with torches,” said a neighbour who filmed the tense scene.
