Woman’s Body Found at Maidstone Nature Reserve
Police were called to Hayle Park Nature Reserve in Maidstone early this morning after a woman’s body was discovered near Fieldfare Drive.
Early Morning Discovery Sparks Police Investigation
The grim find came around 7.30am, prompting officers to rush to the scene. Kent Police swiftly set up a cordon and erected a forensic tent, screening off roughly 150 metres of pathways from public view. The usually busy reserve, a favourite with walkers and families, has been shaken by the incident.
Death Not Treated as Suspicious
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “The death is not being treated as suspicious and the woman’s next of kin has been informed. A report will now be prepared for the coroner.”
