The glitzy annual event in Westminster, now celebrating 21 years, honours the transport industry’s finest efforts to keep the nation moving.

The award highlights Brighton & Hove’s trailblazing approach to accessibility, driven by a community-focused culture shift. A dedicated community team works hand-in-hand with people who have lived experience to craft policies making travel smoother and more inclusive for all.

They’re the only UK bus firm to earn the Level 3 Inclusive Transport Leader badge from the Department for Transport—the highest honour available. Plus, they’re a Disability Confident employer and the first locally accredited as age- and dementia-friendly by Brighton & Hove City Council.
