Burglar caught by Police Dog after Tunbridge Wells Break In

A police dog has helped officers with the arrest of two men suspected of carrying out a burglary in Tunbridge Wells. uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener" title="Kent Police" link="linked" id="82497">Kent Police received a call at 1.49pm on 14 June 2018, regarding the theft of a purse and contents from a business in Longfield Road . Later the same day, a police dog handler was alerted to a suspicious vehicle in Victoria Road, Dartford. Despite requesting the vehicle to stop, it failed and continued to Thames Road, Crayford where the driver left on foot leaving the passenger with the car. Police Dog ‘Major’ tracked down the driver, and a 24-year-old man from Welling and a 34-year-old man from Abbey Wood" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="67823">Abbey Wood, London were arrested in connection with the earlier burglary. Both were later released pending further investigations.
