Brighton & Hove Gears Up for Pride on The Park 2025
Brighton & Hove is set to light up this summer with Pride on The Park 2025, one of the UK’s most vibrant LGBTQ+ celebrations. Taking place on 2nd and 3rd August, the festival promises bigger crowds, bolder acts, and all-out joy as the city comes alive with love and community.
Mariah Carey Headlines in First Brighton Pride Gig
The star-studded lineup is a showstopper. Global icon Mariah Carey will make her Brighton Pride debut on the main stage. Sharing the spotlight are hometown hero Fatboy Slim, genre-mixing Ashnikko, Eurovision winner Loreen, dance-pop sensations Confidence Man, and hyperpop trailblazer Slayyyter.
The celebrations don’t stop there. Fans can catch legendary Sister Sledge featuring Kathy Sledge, the Sugababes, Will Young, Natalie Imbruglia, Ultra Naté, and Erasure’s Andy Bell. Plus, fashion and TV favourite Gok Wan will spin tunes, keeping the party alive long after the headliners finish.
More Than Music: Food, Art, and Unity
Pride on The Park isn’t just about the music. Over 150 LGBTQ+ performers will fill multiple stages with live music, cabaret, DJs, spoken word, and more. Foodies will enjoy global flavours, and art lovers can explore immersive installations. There are dedicated community zones too, built as safe and inclusive spaces for all ages and identities.
A Celebration with a Cause
Beyond the spectacle, Pride on The Park remains a vital fundraiser. Proceeds support local LGBTQ+ charities across Brighton & Hove. It’s a vibrant reminder that while joy rules the weekend, the fight for equality and acceptance continues every day.
“It’s more than a weekend—it’s a movement,” organisers say. “Come for the music, the message, or the community spirit—and show up proud.”
