Drama at Dymchurch: Two Kids Swept Out to Sea Rescued by Coastguard Helicopter
A Coastguard helicopter from Lydd was urgently scrambled after two children, aged 9 and 12, were swept out to sea in Dymchurch.
In a nail-biting rescue, a winchman was lowered into the choppy waters to pluck the youngsters to safety.
Thankfully, both children have now been rescued and airlifted to safety, ending the terrifying ordeal.
