Two Trapped in Mud Near Portsmouth’s M275
Coastguard teams from Hillhead, Portsmouth, and Gosport & Fareham launched a dramatic rescue after two people got stuck in mud 220 metres from the M275 in Portsmouth this evening.
Specialist Crews Rush to the Scene
Alongside the coastguards, 1 crews and the Hazardous Area Response Team were called in to help with the tricky rescue operation.
Successful Rescue and Ambulance Handoff
The pair were safely pulled from the mud and handed over to ambulance services for immediate care.
