Jeep Destroyed in Fiery Hit-and-Run in Hextable

A black Jeep Grand Cherokee went up in flames after crashing into a metal pole in Top Dartford Road, Hextable, on 29 April 2021 at around 6.15pm. The collision damaged a roadside camera before the vehicle was set on fire. The driver then fled the scene.

Police Hunt Second Vehicle and Suspects

Officers have launched an intense investigation, going door-to-door and reviewing CCTV footage. They believe a second vehicle, possibly a dark blue Volvo resembling an XC90 model, was travelling with the Jeep. This car is thought to have sped off towards Wilmington with the suspects.

Detectives also urge anyone driving near Top Dartford Road around 6.15pm on 29 April to check dash cams. Footage could be crucial in tracking down those responsible.
