Car Smashes Into Tree on Edgware Road – One Trapped Inside

Emergency services have rushed to a serious crash on the eastbound carriageway of Edgware Road (A41), near Broadfields Avenue. A car hit a tree shortly after 11pm last night, leaving at least one person trapped inside.

The collision happened at 11:04pm on Sunday 6th July 2025. London Fire Brigade teams are working desperately to extract the trapped individual, while paramedics stand ready to treat injuries on scene. Police are investigating whether other vehicles were involved, but no further injuries have been confirmed yet.

Eastbound lanes on Edgware Road (A41) are completely blocked off as crews deal with the aftermath. Motorists are warned to avoid the area and expect heavy traffic on alternative routes.
