Man and Dog Rescued from Van After Crash Under A20 in Sidcup

Emergency services rushed to a dramatic scene after a two-vehicle crash trapped a man and his dog inside a van under the A20 at Sidcup.

Crash Shuts Down Busy A20 Roundabout

Firefighters, police, and paramedics scrambled to Crittalls Corner on Sidcup Road just after 2pm on Sunday. The collision involved a mini van and a car near the B&Q store.

Police quickly shut the roundabout, causing severe traffic delays with no access onto the A20 for drivers approaching or leaving the junction.

Man and Dog Escape Serious Injury

Thankfully, both the man and his dog escaped serious harm after being trapped in the vehicle. Rescue crews freed them from the van following the collision.
