Man in 30s Dies in Horror M20 Smash Near Swanley
A man in his 30s has been killed following a serious crash on the M20 coastbound near the Swanley Interchange.
Chain Reaction Crash in Early Hours
The tragic collision happened at around 12:50am on December 21. A white Volkswagen Beetle crashed into the safety barrier and stopped in front of a white Scania tanker on the hard shoulder. Moments later, a blue BMW 535 smashed into the tanker.
Fatal BMW Driver from Ashford
The driver of the BMW, a man from the Ashford area, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have launched a full investigation.
Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is urging anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the vehicles beforehand to come forward. They’re also keen to get hold of any dashcam footage from drivers in the area.
