Crews from Sandown and Shanklin were scrambled just after 3.20am to tackle a gas leak coming from a refrigeration unit at the Newport Road branch.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters quickly isolated the gas supply and ventilated the affected area to prevent any further threats.
