Budget long-haul travel just landed at London Gatwick! Norse Atlantic Airways marked a landmark moment with two inaugural flights on 30 June and 1 July, launching direct, low-cost routes to Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Big US Expansion from London Gatwick
Los Angeles and San Francisco join Norse Atlantic’s expanding US network from their London base. CEO Bjørn Tore Larsen said, “With these new routes, Norse Atlantic is now the biggest long-haul US operator out of London Gatwick. We’re giving travellers cheap, hassle-free access to iconic spots like San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge and Hollywood’s Santa Monica Beach.”
Flight Details and Fares
- London to Los Angeles: Daily departures at 10:35, arriving 14:10 same day. Return leaves LA at 14:25, lands London next day at 11:00.
- London to San Francisco: Flights operate three times a week, departing London at 10:10, arriving 13:25. Return departs 15:25, landing London at 9:50 next day.
Round-trip economy fares start at £460 for LA routes and £455 for San Francisco, all taxes and fees included.
