Hastings RNLI Launches Night Search for Missing Person
Search Underway as Person Goes Missing
At 7:14pm yesterday, Hastings RNLI’s Inshore Lifeboat (ILB) was scrambled to help find a missing individual. The volunteer crew sprang into action without delay.
Shoreline Search Led by Lifeboat and Coastguards
The ILB teamed up with HM Coastguard teams from Hastings and Bexhill. Together, they scoured the shoreline stretching from Rock a Nore to the Pier, combing every inch for clues.
Mission Ends as Missing Person Found Safe
The search was called off once the person was safely located. Thanks to quick response and teamwork, the drama ended well.
