Massive Fire Erupts at Greenwich Industrial Depot
A huge blaze has ripped through an industrial depot in Greenwich, South London, sparking a major emergency response. The fire broke out just after 11:20am on November 23 at Horn Lane, drawing in 70 firefighters and 10 fire engines from across the capital.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) say the fire started following a battery explosion. Flames quickly engulfed a single-storey warehouse, forcing a rapid and intense battle to contain the blaze.
“Firefighters are working hard to bring the fire under control,” said Station Commander Stephen Irvine at the scene. “This is likely to be a protracted incident, with crews remaining on scene for some time this afternoon.”
