Lorry Crash Closes Two Lanes on M3/M27 Interchange in Hampshire
A lorry slammed into another vehicle this morning on the M3 northbound at Junction 13, blocking two lanes on the busy M3/M27 interchange.
Chaos on the Roads
The smash has triggered massive tailbacks stretching from the M27 Eastleigh Airport junction and all the way from the A33 The Avenue onto the M27. Traffic is at a complete standstill.
Emergency Crews on Scene
Police and Highways England teams raced to the scene. Officers are working hard to secure the area and shift the lorry and car onto the hard shoulder to reopen lanes and ease the jam.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible and expect long delays while clearance continues.
