Teen Hospitalised After Blaze Engulfs Gravesend Shed
Kent Fire and Rescue Service rushed to a fire on Jubilee Crescent, Gravesend, after a storage shed went up in flames. Two fire engines tackled the blaze that had fully engulfed the shed, used as a utility room.
Firefighters Rescue Man from Smoke
Fire crews wearing breathing apparatus battled the fire to bring it under control. A teen suffering breathing difficulties from the smoke was given oxygen at the scene before being handed over to SECAmb paramedics. He was then rushed to hospital for treatment.
Accidental Fire Causes Major Damage
The fire, believed to have started accidentally, left the storage shed severely damaged. No other injuries have been reported.
