The Hall County Sheriff’s Office has ramped up the hunt for 12-year-old Maria Gomez-Perez, who vanished from her home on Westside Drive, Gainesville, on May 29.
New Photos and Updated Contact Info Released
Authorities have issued a fresh photo of Maria alongside an updated flyer featuring two new phone numbers for tips: 770-503-3232 and 770-536-8812, in addition to the emergency number 911.
A spokesperson said: “We have over two dozen local, state, and federal investigators working non-stop to bring Maria back safely. The community’s help is crucial—please share the flyer widely on social media.”

Maria was last seen at her home just before 10 a.m. on May 29. Since then, locals have rallied, providing support to law enforcement’s extensive search efforts. Despite this, Maria’s whereabouts remain a mystery.
The Sheriff’s Office dismissed claims that they are not doing enough, assuring the public that a dedicated team is working around the clock.
