Fatal Crash on A6 Claims Life of Man in His 50s
A black Nissan Juke smashed into a blue HGV lorry on the A6 between Luton and Barton Le Clay at around 11:30am on Tuesday, 1st November 2022. Emergency teams rushed to the scene, but tragically, the car driver – a man in his 50s – was pronounced dead. The lorry driver walked away unscathed.
Police Launch Probe into Fatal Smash
The Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit are on the case, digging into what caused the deadly collision. Specialist officers are supporting the victim’s family during this grim time.
Sergeant Timothy Davies said: “This is a tragic incident and as always, our thoughts remain with the loved ones of the victim. At this stage, it is vital that we establish what led to this fatal collision.”
