Police Rush to Churchill Square After Boys Threatened

Sussex Police swooped on Brighton’s Churchill Square Shopping Centre on December 27 after reports emerged of two boys being threatened by another youngster.

Swift Action Taken by Officers

A police spokesperson revealed: “Officers arrived quickly at around 4.20pm following a report of two boys threatened by another boy inside a store. The two victims were safely escorted away, while a 16-year-old suspect was searched.”

No items were found on the teenager, but officers recorded his details as part of their investigation.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Sussex Police are now urging anyone with info to come forward. Witnesses can report online via the Sussex Police website, quoting reference serial 731 of 27/12.
