Family of Saskia Jones Thanks Public for Outpouring of Support
The parents of Saskia Jones have expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who has offered condolences following her tragic death on Friday, 29 November.
Family Devastated by Loss
“We are devastated by the loss of Saskia, a brilliant, caring daughter, grand-daughter, niece, cousin, friend, and colleague,” the family said. “She touched so many lives in such a short time and is held in the highest esteem by many.”
Support from Strangers and Police Appreciated
The family thanked the flood of messages from friends, family, and strangers alike. They also praised the invaluable support from the Metropolitan Police during this difficult time.
Memorial Service and Donations
A memorial service to celebrate Saskia’s life will take place at 12 noon on Friday, 20 December 2019, at Holy Trinity Church, Old Town, Stratford-upon-Avon (CV37 6BG). The family requests family flowers only.
