Mobility Scooter Recovered, Woman Safe
A police spokesperson said:
“Officers were called after reports of a woman riding her mobility scooter on the hard shoulder of the busy motorway. The scooter was recovered by Boarhunt Recovery while the woman was safely removed from the carriageway.”
The pensioner is now safe and well, but police are reminding everyone that motorways are no place for mobility scooters.
