Person Hit in Paulsgrove Crash as Roads Shut
Chaos hit Paulsgrove this afternoon when a pedestrian was knocked down on Allaway Avenue. Emergency crews raced to the scene just after 5pm on Tuesday.
Roads Shut for Collision Probe
Officers from Hampshire Road Policing shut Allaway Avenue and nearby roads to carry out a full investigation. The victim was rushed by ambulance to QA Hospital in Cosham.
No Life-Threatening Injuries
Thankfully, the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. All roads reopened shortly after 6.30pm, easing the traffic nightmare.
