Intense Search on Isle of Wight for Missing Zoology Graduate Rosie Johnson

Police are combing a creek near the adventure camp where 22-year-old Rosie Johnson was last spotted three days ago. The zoology graduate vanished from the Little Canada PGL Adventure Camp in Wootton, Isle of Wight, where she worked since February.

Boyfriend and Labour MP Uncle Plead for Help

Rosie’s loved ones, including her boyfriend and her uncle — a Labour MP — have made heartfelt appeals for information as the major search operation continues. Her parents are now on the island, supported by specialised Hampshire Constabulary officers during this agonising time.

Volunteers and Rescue Teams Dig Deep in Harsh Terrain

  • Police volunteers from WightSAR and two coastguard search and rescue teams are leading the desperate hunt.
  • Divers and mud rescue teams have searched the waters near the Sloop Inn sluice gate in Wootton Creek, close to where Rosie was last seen early Sunday morning.
  • Searchers have also combed thick woodland in the area but have found no trace so far.

Police urge anyone with information to come forward immediately by calling 101. The clock is ticking as the community rallies to find Rosie Johnson safe and sound.
