Woman Dies After Horror Crash on Basingstoke’s A30
Police are hunting witnesses after a deadly smash on the A30 at Water End, Basingstoke. The crash happened just after 3.30pm on Friday, June 24.
Single-Car Crash Leaves Woman Dead, Man Critical
A dark blue BMW careered off the road and smashed into a tree. The 36-year-old male driver suffered life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition at hospital.
The 30-year-old woman in the passenger seat was rushed to hospital but tragically died from her injuries this morning.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for anyone who saw the crash or the vehicle beforehand to get in touch.
