Suspicious Blaze Hits East Hill

Kent Police have launched a probe after a suspected arson set fire to a rundown building in East Hill, Ashford. The fire erupted at around 11:17pm on Friday, December 27, 2024. Kent Fire and Rescue teams raced to the scene and quickly doused the flames. Thankfully, nobody was hurt in the blaze.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Authorities now label the fire as suspicious. Detectives want to speak to anyone who saw people entering or leaving the property around the time of the fire. They are also after dashcam clips from motorists driving near the scene.
