Joseph Coultous, 29, was last spotted on Otley Road at around 1:15 AM this morning. He was heading towards Canal Road and has not been seen since.
Description and What He Was Wearing
- White male, 5ft 8in tall
- Medium build with short brown hair
- Clothing: blue and red tracksuit bottoms, blue and white trainers, white t-shirt, dark blue jacket
