Police hunting for a man who vanished near Faversham late on Sunday night have recovered a body.

Kent Police called in specialist search teams, who combed a lake on Harty Ferry Road on Monday 15 November as part of the investigation.

The man’s next of kin has been notified, but formal identification of the body is still awaited.
