Firefighters Called to Raging House Fire
Emergency crews rushed to Holywell Way just before midday on 14 April. They found the house already engulfed in flames, with fire spreading quickly and causing severe damage.
One Dead, Neighbours Affected
Surrey Fire and Rescue teams battled the intense fire, which also damaged nearby properties. When firefighters reached the upper floor, they discovered a body. The victim’s family has been informed.
Investigation Ongoing as Cause Remains Unknown
Police and fire services are working together to determine what sparked the blaze. Officers will stay on scene until the building is safe enough for a full investigation, expected to continue into tomorrow.
