Colin Whitton took to social media to explain that Harry’s throat constricted after using the vape oil, causing breathing difficulties and vomiting, which led to aspiration into his lungs. The father warned about the unknown risks associated with vape oils, highlighting the lack of long-term studies on their effects.

Dundee United paid tribute to Harry as a “much-loved” member of their matchday hospitality team, praising his warmth and dedication. Similarly, Dundee FC expressed deep sadness and emphasised how valued Harry was by colleagues and fans at Dens Park.
