Scum Bag Steals Hundreds of pounds from elderly woman following purse theft in Portsmouth Charity Shop

Time to name and Shame this proud piece of work : Police are appealing for witnesses after an elderly woman had hundreds of pounds stolen following the theft of her bank card in Portsmouth. Do you know this woman? We are investigating after a 78-year-old woman had her purse stolen from her handbag as she shopped in the British Heard Foundation shop in High Street, Cosham. One of her cards from the purse was then used to withdraw more than £400 from her account. The theft happened between 11.30am and 11.45am on 22 November. Officers have issued an image of a woman they would like to speak to as she may have information that could help the investigation.
