Late Night Shed Blaze in St Margaret’s Bay – Kent Fire and Rescue raced to a fire on Salisbury Road, Dover, just after midnight on Sunday, 15 June 2025. Two fire engines blasted flames from a burning shed, putting the fire out in just over an hour.
Blaze Breaks Out After Midnight
The emergency call came in at 12:53am. Firefighters from Dover arrived quickly, using main jet hoses to tackle the blaze. By 1:58am, the fire was under control. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident.
Fire Service Speaks Out
“Two fire engines attended a shed fire on Salisbury Road, St Margaret’s Bay. Crews used main jets to extinguish the flames. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.” – Kent Fire and Rescue Service
Cause of Fire Still a Mystery
Officials have not yet determined what sparked the fire. Investigators will examine the scene to find out if it was accidental or deliberate. The probe is ongoing.
