Garden Fire Spreads to Roof
Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called at 4:38pm to reports of a roof fire. The flames reportedly started in garden bushes before spreading to a garage and bursting into the roof space.
Three Engines Battle the Flames
Three fire engines and a height vehicle arrived on the scene. Firefighters in breathing apparatus fought the fire using high-pressure hose reel jets, finally bringing it under control.
Fire Put Out After Five Hours – Cause Unknown
