Serious Crash Shuts A21 in East Sussex
The A21 is closed both ways between the B2089 near Vinehall Street and the A28 near Baldslow after a serious collision involving a car and a motorcycle.
Major Diversions in Place
Southbound drivers heading coast-bound should follow the hollow black circle diversion:
- Exit A21 at B2089 Park Lane.
- Continue east to Cripps Corner.
- Head towards A28 at Broad Oak.
- Turn west, join A28 towards Hastings.
- Rejoin A21 at Ebdens Hill.
Northbound traffic heading towards London must follow the hollow black square diversion, taking the reverse route.

Commuters are warned to allow extra journey time through the area this evening as emergency services deal with the crash and clear the scene.
